In 2011 she received the Māori achievement in sport award and the Junior Sportswoman award at the Sport Waitakere Koru Awards. In 2012 and 2013, she won the Junior Māori Sportswoman of the Year award and was a finalist for the same award in 2014. For her performance during the 2022–23 Sevens series Nathan-Wong was named the World Rugby Women’s Sevens Player of the Year in October 2023.
